Y1 Forest School

Year 1 read the story 'Penguin and Pinecone'. We learnt that pinecones come from pine trees. The children chose their own pine cone, gave it a name and made a cosy nest for it to stay in. We also had fun in the mud kitchen and using loose parts for den building.
