Watercolour sketching

This week, we used watercolour to create artwork inspired by Charlie Mackesy; the author of The Boy, the mole, the fox and the Horse.

Year 5 focused on a memory they had and recreated it in Charlie's style. 

We focused on using light sketching and leaving blank space. 

The pupils were pleased with their work!
