PE and history

During the final week of this half term, we've been very busy! 

In PE, we worked on our team building skills with a hoop challenge. Year 5 had to jump in time to the music and keep in the right hoops; it proved a challenge but we persevered and smashed it. 

During history, we focused on the people who stayed home during WW1 and how their efforts were appreciated during that difficult time. Year 5 created freeze frames depicting different scenarios: receiving a letter from the front line, an air raid siren blasting and many more.
