Y6 Learn about the Holocaust

This week, Year 6 have been learning about what life was like for Jewish people who lived across occupied Europe during WW2. They have learned about how different groups of people were persecuted, and learned about the story of Anne Frank. The children found the stories very thought-provoking and had lots of questions. Mrs Bird also shared with them the inspirational story of Corrie Ten Boom whose faith helped her to forgive those who had persecuted her family during the war.
