Tai Chi during Healthy Week with Emerald

Year four have had an absolutely amazing healthy week at school where they have tried loads of new sports! They tried golf, ultimate frisbee, street dance and cheerleading. The highlight was having two Tai Chi sessions where they learned a sequence and then created their own sequence. The children said they felt very calm after doing these lessons.
