Stonehenge with Y3

Year 3 have been learning about the ancient monument of Stonehenge. They have examined the different theories that historians have for the purpose of the monument. They discussed whether it was a burial ground, a concert venue, a healing place or an ancient calendar. The children created their own 'Biscuithenge' models and really enjoyed having a go at building their own trilithons.
