Map making

The children in Pearl Class recalled the four countries of the United Kingdom and identified the capital city of England. The children then used the Cheshire Tithe Maps to find Audlem and Audlem St James Primary School. The children looked at an aerial photograph of the school and spotted some differences between school now and when the photograph had been taken. The children created their own map of the school using the perspective of a bird's eye view.
