Local author visit to school

Today, KS2 were visited by local author, Rebecca King, who came to talk to use about her book: Ember Shadows and the Fates of Mount Never. The children had a great time imagining they were a character in the story who had received their very own 'fate card'. They worked together in groups to create their own characters and stories and were inspired by Rebecca's ideas for taking the ordinary and turning it into something extraordinary!
