Home » News » Fire!Fire!

The children in Pearl class learned about life in a Kenyan home. They modified their structure to keep out the cold using leaves and sticks. Next they discovered that there are three key elements or ingredients that are needed to start a fire: heat, fuel and oxygen. This is known as the fire triangle. The children used fire steels to create a spark to light a fire.
