EYFS My Happy Mind

The children in Amethyst Class have been understanding how your brain works and learning how they can look after it so that they can manage their emotions and be at their best. This week, we practised 'Happy Breathing' using our hands to help and made a glitter jar to go in the Calm Corner in our classroom.
