Composing Rhythms in Music with Emerald Class

Year 4 played the 'human bar' game in music to start learning how to write down crotchets, quavers and rests. After practising these rhythms they then composed their own 3 beat bar rhythms using musical notation. The children were then keen to perform their compositions in small groups to the rest of the class.
