On Wednesday, Ruby Class travelled over one-thousand years into the past to visit an Anglo-Saxon settlement in Tatton Park. Accompanied by Maude, Aelsa and an invading viking, Harald Bloodaxe, the children learned how to make Anglo-Saxon bread, weave bracelets, and trained to become viking warriors by learning how to form an effective shield wall (as well as learning many other interesting facts and studying replica artefacts).
