Y6 – Oracy

On Monday, the children were put into groups of four and read one member of their group's recent writing. They were given talking roles (instigator, prober, challenger and summariser) to help them each discuss a positive aspect of the writing and to agree on some improvements that could be made. The Summariser of the group then presented the main points from their discussion to the rest of the class and the child edited their work based on the findings.
