Why should dinosaurs care about Mexico?

As part of STEM week, Year 6 came up with hypotheses and researched about the extinction of the dinosaurs. The children wrote up their findings and debated one another about the prevailing theories (the most prevalent being the Alvarez Hypothesis – that an asteroid hit the area of modern day Mexico) which resulted in articles such as the ones on the pictured display.
