Forest School in Pearl Class

The children in Pearl Class had a great start to the new school year as they explored the properties of materials during our Forest School lessons with Mr Hadfield. The children discovered animal homes and what they are made from. They used vocabulary to describe the materials including waterproof, hard, soft, smooth and opaque. After that they built a wooden shelter and created beds with twigs and leaves for their toys.
