Crucial Crewe

On Monday, Diamond Class visited the Mornflake Stadium in Crewe to take part in multiple workshops with various agencies whose work involves an aspect of safety.The children were taught some basic first aid including CPR; how the misuse of alcohol can affect the senses and vital organs of the body; how to approach railway crossings safely; how to be safe around electric cables; the NHS's Five Ways to Well-being; and online safety.
The workshops were very engaging and the children had a great time playing the games and joining in with the activities for each of the elements of safety.
