In order to realise our vision, we recognise that Audlem St. James' CE School is a community, which includes pupils, teaching staff, non-teaching staff, parents/carers, governors and visitors to the school. All are important members of a partnership that requires full participation to create a warm and secure environment in which all our children can develop.

We value all children for who they are, not just for what they can do and we expect all children to value everyone else in the school community in the same way.
