School webteam: February 2020
During Children's Mental Health Week the children in each class explored Yoga as a strategy to calm down and relax.
In Amethyst Class the children had an opportunity to practise yoga together. They learnt the correct way to sit and had a go at some of the movements to strengthen their core muscles.
