Super Science — Splendid Work!
As part of National Science Week this year, the children have been involved in many exciting activities focused on our theme of Wildlife and Our Environment. Mrs Hayward and the Green Team led an informative and interesting assembly to launch the week. As part of their assembly, they focused on attracting wildlife into our gardens. They held a competition inviting children across school to design or build a bird feeder made from recycled materials. Our Green Team also organised lunchtime events for their peers to make birdseed cakes to feed the birds in their own gardens.

The children across school explored Science linked to their topic and establishing links with Maths.
