Forest School with EYFS

The children in Amethyst Class have had the best time during our Forest School lessons with Mr Hadfield.
During Week One, we were able to build a den to sleep in, we learnt about different animal furs and skulls and we used a dragons sneeze to make a spark. We learnt fire safety skills and our favourite bit was toasting and eating the marshmallows.

In Week 2, we were a bit less fortunate with the weather but we still had lots of fun and the waterproofs were certainly put to good use! We made our own 'Bog Baby' using mud and then we built a new house for him which we decorated with flowers.

We all had a great time.
