Congratulations to the winner of the tastiest sausage.
A competition was held in the local butchers in Audlem to find a new and tasty sausage. There were many entries and the winning sausage was filled with cranberry, Cheshire cheese and chives. A winning combination!
Our winner worked in the school kitchen with our wonderful cook, Mrs Hayward to cook her winning sausages. The staff at Audlem St James were treated to a taste of these lovely sausages. Of course, some members of staff were very keen to participate...
