Nantwich Museum Visit

The children in Sapphire and Pearl classes became Tudor History Detectives and went on a tour of the town of Nantwich. They were able to follow the course of the Fire of Nantwich and considered why a fire broke out in Nantwich. They had the opportunity to handle and investigate a selection of replica Tudor artefacts, they tried on costumes and found out about an old fire engine. The children visited St Mary's Church in Nantwich, they studied Tudor buildings and made a Tudor House with a partner.
