Year 5 and 6 recently attended a three-day residential at Kingswood, Colomendy. They developed skills in team-building, leadership, perseverance and confidence as well as enjoying a night-walk and campfire songs and jokes. The children had to really challenge themselves to climb the high ropes and had to work together to build buggies and solve problems. They especially enjoyed the hot chocolate, marshmallows and the very loud marching songs! On the way, they also visited the Cheshire Military Museum to learn about WW1 and WW2. Some even got to wind up the air raid siren!
