Butterflies with Sapphire

Home » News » Butterflies with Sapphire

Sapphire were turned into butterflies on Monday morning by our Mad Scientist Indie!
The children were learning about how a butterfly uses its tongue called a proboscis. Indie showed the children how to use pipettes to replicate a proboscis. The children had to search for nectar around the classroom, collect it in their pipettes, then transfer it to an empty container.
